Admission into the SafetyFest and all activities featured inside the event are free! We will have food vendors in the downtown park where guests may purchase food and/or drinks.

How to become an exhibitor is easy! Simply click on the "PARTICIPATE" navigation button on the website and click on "Exhibitors, Vendors & Nonprofits" to complete the exhibit/vendor form. Once your form has been received, you will receive a confirmation email of receipt with additional details. Thank you for your interest!

Simply click on the "PARTICIPATE" navigation button on the website and click on "Sponsor" and you'll see a list of several sponsorship options to choose from; however, if you'd like to customize a sponsorship that meets your marketing goals, we're happy to meet with you to further discuss. On the "Sponsorship" website page, click the sponsorship interest form link, and then complete/submit the form. Once your form has been received, you will receive a confirmation email of receipt and we'll contact you to schedule a time to meet asap. Thank you for your interest!

How to participate as a first responder is easy! Simply click on the "PARTICIPATE" navigation button on the website and click on "First Responder Agencies" to complete the first responder agency form. Once your form has been received, you will receive a confirmation email of receipt with additional details. Thank you for your interest!

Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer in the SafetyFest! Simply click on the "PARTICIPATE" navigation button on the website and click on "Volunteer" and complete the volunteer interest form. Once your form has been received, you will receive a confirmation email of receipt with additional details. Thank you for your interest!

No Rain Checks - Event will move forward rain or shine. With the exception of heavy rain and windy weather. In the rare event that SafetyFest is cancelled or postponed, we will communicate this information to exhibitors, agencies, vendors, volunteers, and the community, as soon as possible via social media announcement, email and/or phone. If you've purchased an exhibitor/vendor space and SafetyFest is cancelled, we will provide a full refund for the cost. If an event is postponed, we will work with you to either transfer your funds to the new event date or issue a refund, depending on your preference. We understand that cancellations and postponements can be inconvenient and disappointing, and we will do everything we can to ensure that our participants are fully informed and supported throughout the process. If you have any questions or concerns about SafetyFest being cancelled or postponed, please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Paid parking is available downtown; however, surrounding the downtown area, there is free streetside parking available. For updated parking fees, paid parking area, kiosk information and details, visit: wwww.prcity.com/361/Downtown-Parking.

Yes - we welcome you to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. We do encourage all to visit our food vendors (hot dog stand, shaved ice/snow cones, etc.) and local downtown restaurants/food establishments. We like to support our local businesses!

Yes, of course! SafetyFest is family-friendly and strollers and/or small wagons are allowed.

While we LOVE all of our furry friends, only certified service animals are allowed at the SafetyFest. To keep everyone safe, please leave your pets at home.

We'll have a variety of fun and interactive learning activities and demonstrations for all ages! We'll have K-9 Demonstration; Emergency Preparedness and Prevention activities; music; a Life Ring Toss; Disasterville experience - and much more!

The City of Paso Robles Fire & Emergency Services; Paso Robles Police Department; North SLO County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT); and PASOSafe, a volunteer community-based initiative of Safe America Movement, LLC, have come together to host this annual event, to help increase awareness on how to be safe and promote how to prepare for emergences in our local community.
